Maureen guided us throughout our home buying process which involved working closely with the listing agent home and roof inspectors as well as the appraiser chosen by the lender who placed a contingency on his appraisal. Maureen worked diligently with all parties involved and had to constantly prod the escrow company to close this purchase which got delayed by more than 2 weeks due to the escrow officer falling ill in between. In addition Maureen paid for deep cleaning of the windows carpet and the entire house after we closed escrow since the seller refused to do this before closing.I cannot think of a better experience than with Maureen for the purchase of this home.
